Thirty years leading pharmaceutical device development at GSK, Mylan, and AstraZeneca. Former VP Global Pharmaceutical Device Development at Mylan. West Point graduate (BS Mechanical Engineering) who founded Knightpoint in 2017 to build a new kind of specialty pharmaceutical company - one that controls both device and formulation.

Mechanical Engineer
30 years of mechanical engineering expertise with 23 years focused exclusively on respiratory drug delivery devices. Former Director of Product Development at Respirics, product engineer at Bespak Ltd and 3M Riker Laboratories. Named inventor on multiple DPI patents. Founded Syphase LLC consulting firm and served as COO at Concentrx Pharmaceuticals.
Andy Burgess
Respiratory Product Development
21+ years in Respiratory Product Development within R&D at GSK, leading analytical and formulation work for CMC sections of NDAs across multiple DPI and pMDI product generations. Additional 15 years expertise in strategic sourcing and supplier development for excipients, packaging, and devices. Deep expertise in combination product formulation.

Commercial & Business Development
30+ years of global pharmaceutical experience spanning technical, program management, and business development across originator and generic markets. Founder of Virtual Pharma Alliance, providing strategic outsourcing and alliance management for pharmaceutical development. Expertise in deal structures, portfolio development, and supply chain optimization.
